What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, what your enquiry is about, and your message.

If you buy a product licence, we also hold what's needed to issue and support that licence — your name, contact details, which product and tier you hold, and our correspondence about it.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to issue and support a licence you've bought, and to stay in touch about a project if you go ahead with one. That's the complete list.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list because you asked a question. There's no follow-up sequence.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to us via our email service provider, which processes the message purely to deliver it to our inbox. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data as part of delivering the page to you. No one else has access.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Licence records are kept while the licence is active and for the period required for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll action it — there's no retention team to argue with.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels. If we add analytics, this page will say so before it goes live.
